Terms of Service – Mimo

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mimo mobile application
("Mimo", "we", "us", or "our"), owned and operated by LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company organized
under the laws of Brazil. By downloading, accessing, or using Mimo, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Definitions
Application: the Mimo mobile application.
Account: an individual account created via Google or Apple Sign-In.
User: any person who accesses or uses Mimo.
User Content: information provided by the user, including profile data, personal preferences,
wishlists, private notes, and birthday reminders.
Service: the features offered by Mimo, including birthday management, social connections,
personal preferences, and wishlists.
3. Description of the Service
Mimo is a birthday-focused social network that allows users to: - Track friends’ birthdays; - Create
personalized birthday reminders; - Add personal tastes, interests, and preferences; - Create wishlists of
gifts they would like to receive; - Reserve gifts from other users’ wishlists.
Some features may be available only to premium users.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mimo. Account registration is completed through Google or
Apple authentication using Supabase infrastructure. During registration, we collect your name, email
address, and an optional profile photo.
5. Children’s Use
Mimo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from
children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to: - Use Mimo only for lawful purposes; - Provide accurate and up-to-date information; -
Maintain the security of your account; - Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
7. Content Ownership and License
All intellectual property related to Mimo belongs to LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA. You retain ownership of
the content you create within the application but grant Mimo a limited, non-exclusive license to store,
process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Mimo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the
collection and processing of your data as described therein.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed from active
records, with minimal identifiers retained only when required for legal or compliance purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mimo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or
implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
12. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Mimo may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation
options will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
