Terms of Service – Lumio

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lumio mobile application (“Lumio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company organized under the laws of Brazil. By downloading, accessing, or using Lumio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions: - Application: Lumio mobile application. - Account: Unique account created via Google or Apple Sign-In. - Content: Text, reflections, mood entries, or other information you provide. - Service: Lumio application features, including daily devotionals, mood-based scripture recommendations, and personal reflections. - You: Any user accessing the Service.

3. Description of the Service

Lumio provides daily devotional content personalized to your mood. Users can record reflections in a private journal and track daily streaks. Future versions may include premium features such as audio devotionals.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old. Account registration is through Google or Apple Sign-In via Supabase, collecting name, email, and optional profile photo.

5. Children’s Use

Lumio is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not actively verify the age of users. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Lumio lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Prohibited activities include unlawful content, unauthorized access, or disruption of services.

7. Content Ownership and License

All original content of Lumio is owned by LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA. You retain ownership of your reflections and mood entries but grant Lumio a limited license to store and display this content to provide the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Use of Lumio is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to collection and

processing of your data as described therein.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, personal information is removed from active tables, but minimal identifiers (name, email) are retained in inactive_users for compliance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumio is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

LAND TECNOLOGIA LTDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

12. Subscriptions and Future Features

Currently, Lumio has no paid subscriptions. Future premium features may involve paid content. Any future subscription fees will be disclosed at launch, with applicable billing and cancellation options.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
