when you use Lumio.

Account Data: Name, email, optional profile photo via Google/Apple Sign-In.
Usage Data: Mood, reflections, devotional entries, streak counts, timestamps, consent flag.
Technical Data: Device identifiers, app version, performance analytics automatically provided by
Supabase. Sensitive Data: Not collected at this time; payment info is not applicable for MVP.
3. How We Use Information
We use your data to: - Provide personalized devotional content and maintain streaks - Store reflections
and mood data - Authenticate users and manage sessions - Improve app performance and user
experience - Communicate service updates or policy changes - Ensure compliance with legal and
security requirement
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Consent – when voluntarily providing reflections or creating account Performance of a contract – to provide and maintain Lumio Legitimate interest – for security and fraud prevention Legal obligation – to comply with applicable laws
5. Data Retention and Deletion
When accounts are deleted, personal data is removed from active records; minimal identifiers (name,
inactive_users solely for compliance verification and internal audits. All other email) retained in data is permanently deleted.
6. Data Security
Supabase infrastructure with authentication, access controls, and encryption is used. Absolute security
cannot be guaranteed.
7. International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred and processed between Brazil and the U.S. By using the app, you consent to
such transfers.
8. User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may access, correct, delete data, withdraw consent, or file a complaint
with authorities. Requests: dev@landstudio.io
9. Children’s Privacy
Lumio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any data
identified from children will be deleted promptly.
